Im okay with long wait times but I had an appointment at 330p and arrived at 317p for them to tell me im 25 minutes late. They called yesterday saying my appointment is at 330p as well. So they wasted my time and gas to get there to get my teeth worked on that they state NEEDS to be done. Then they cant even schedule me for 2 weeks. :( The dentists here are really good tho and make sure you feel comfortable through the experience which helps as I have a HUGE fear of dentists (and doctors).

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Horribly managed, don’t bother making an appointment, you’ll wait ATLEAST an hour past your appointment time. Do NOT USE THEIR BATHROOMS. Oh my gosh. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Actual clumps of human hair were spread all on the floor, hygiene products visible in the trash right on top, needles, paper towels, rusted toilet seat, WITH PEE AND #2 ON THE TOILET SEAT AND NOT FLUSHED. My gosh I’ve never been so so disgusted. Not to mention they’ve done nothing but mess my teeth up even more. The place is managed by a woman that’s no older than 24 years old. Crazy. Do not ever step foot here. I’m so shocked people below me have given good ratings. You walk in here and INSTANTLY wanna turn around, every inch of this place is NASTY.

I've been coming here for years. I am extremely insecure about my teeth but when I come here the doctor makes me feel like a person and not ashamed. She's so patient and always comes up with treatment plans that fits me like a glove. I want to thank the doctor for being an awesome person!

My dentist covered two teeth where the roots were showing as well as having x-rays and a teeth cleaning. They did an excellent job! My appointment was at two and they called me in at one thirty. It is such a kind and was a wonderful experience!

Came here with my sister whose appointment was supposed to be at noon, currently writing this at 12:55 and she has not been called back yet. We brought my nephew with us and thought we could keep him entertained with the indoor playground, but it was absolutely disgusting. Food wrappers and food pieces, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We asked the front desk ladies if there was any possible way we could at least get her back there by 12:45 and no such luck. I definitely do NOT recommend this place, apparently they don’t care if you have other plans for the day.
